Nearly There!

Wow I can't believe it's been nearly A YEAR since I last updated this blog! Such is fourth year of university though it seems: so much work, so little time! You will all be glad to hear that I have still had time for crafting, and I have a whole box full of handmade jewellery to share when I finally finish off my last few exams. I'm taking a momentary break from the joys of DNA profiling techniques to share some good news with you...I'm now selling my jewellery on Etsy! My mum and I have a joint account but at the moment it's only some of my jewellery on there. I'm still populating the shop with things, so bear with me, but one of my most recent additions is shown below.

So here they are: some antique gold dragon earrings! I'm a massive The Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit nerd so I saw these charms and just HAD to have them! I've combined them with some faux gemstone chips that I had in my stash and made a coordinating brown/gold gift box for them.
The full product details can be found on Etsy here:

That's all for now, better get back to the books! Happy crafting everybody :D

  1. Wow, congratulations! This is a great breakthrough for you. Plus, you've helped open up more venues for buying and selling of jewelry; helping customers find pieces that they normally wouldn't see in the market. I love your dragon earrings, by the way. Thanks again for sharing! Cheers!

    1. Thank you Ricky! Etsy seemed like a great place to start out as you can share your work with people from all over the world. I mean to start selling my work at some local craft fairs as well but booking a table is a lot more difficult to organise than sharing your work online!
